After six days of growing alfafa sprouts, we finally got to eat them! They tasted delicious and were a great snack between lunch and dinner. It's amazing how much food was produced from a handful of tiny seeds and water; it's clear why there is interest in using this plant as food on Mars.
Question of the day: What is the fastest wind speed that our wind turbine can handle?
Answer: 100 mph.
